HOW PHOTO DAY WORKS

step 1

SET EVERYONE UP FOR SUCCESS

After we choose a date for your photo day, I’ll get right to work building email blasts to send to your parents. I can send them directly to the parents, or you can mail them out if you’d like. They’ll give them all the information on how to access the gallery, purchase AdvancePay credits if they’d like, and how to prepare for a successful photo day.

ADVANCE PAY

Before the photo day, parents will be able to look at the package options, as well as buy credits for packages if they would like. I can provide a sample AdvancePay gallery upon request.

step 3

GALLERY GOES LIVE

About two weeks after photo day, the gallery of images will go live. Parents will be able to find their athlete by team, or by using FaceFind – they simply snap a photo of their athlete, then upload it to the gallery. The gallery will then show the every photo their athlete is in. Easy! I can provide a sample live gallery upon request.

ORDER AWAY!

With the gallery live, parents will see multiple poses of their athlete instead of hoping they get one good photo. They can choose which poses they’d like, then choose their favorite backgrounds, and either order packages or a la carte. Everything is shipped directly to the parents, so no need to hunt anyone down with pictures. Plus, all orders over $40 qualify for free shipping. Win!

My goal is to create images for your athletes that make them feel confident, excited, and they enjoy making. I want parents to have a seamless experience and above all, I want organizations to walk away with everyone having a great time. Level up your team sports photography!

For organizations of 50 athletes or more, I’ll come photograph your teams free of charge. For organizations of 49 athletes or less, there is a $250 session fee, which covers my time, setup, and overhead costs.

It depends on the amount of athletes being photographed. Generally speaking, it takes me about 1 minute per athlete to do 3-4 poses. Give more time than you think it will take, and plan accordingly to be mindful of latecomers/managing crowds.

No — everything is done online. This not only helps save the planet, but also everyone’s sanity over lost forms. Win!

Before photo day, you’ll be able to see the packages and items available for purchase. You’ll have a private gallery for your organization, which you’ll be able to access with a code given to you before and on photo day. I can provide a sample AdvancePay gallery upon request.

Absolutely! Gone are the days of ordering a package without seeing the photos beforehand. On photo day, we’ll take multiple poses of each athlete (3-5 depending on number of athletes and sport), and parents will be able to see each pose in the gallery. That way they have more options and know exactly what they’re going to get. I can provide a sample live gallery upon request.

Approximately two weeks after photo day, the gallery will go live. Parents who signed up for notifications (either by texting their access code to 90738, or by going to the website gallery in advance) will be notified the moment the gallery opens. I’ll also send out an email to either the parents directly or to the organization leader, depending on what you chose to do.

All orders are shipped directly to the person who orders. No more hunting for a team parent, or sorting through orders. Super easy!

All orders over $40 qualify for free shipping by using the code SHIPFREE at checkout. All orders $39.99 and under require shipping, which depending on the speed/weight is either $6.45 or $9.99. If parents would like to do a joint order together to hit $40 and get free shipping, they are more than welcome to do so.

Yes and yes! You will be able to order packages and a la carte items, and both digital and print products are available. Pick and choose, mix and match. No minimum order is required.

Shipping depends on the speed chosen, but generally speaking, your print products should arrive within 3-5 business days, and digitals are available immediately after purchase.

Absolutely! I can design and print both senior and team banners on high quality vinyl with grommet holes for hanging them up wherever you would like. Banners are priced by the amount ordered, with bulk discounts possible.
